PATRICK HOUSE POLICIES
On weekends, a 2 night minimum is normally required. We occasionally
are able to accommodate 1 night weekend stays. Some holidays are
a three night minimum.
We require a full deposit if your reservation is within thirty
days. We confirm your reservation upon receipt of your full deposit.
Our cancellation policy is ten days prior to date of reservation.
There is a $20.00 processing fee for any reservation cancellation.
We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover.
Check in time 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Prior notification required if
arrival will be after 7:00 PM)

Out time: 11:00 AM
For your comfort no smoking and no pets are permitted on the property.
Please be aware that our rooms are designed for two persons only.
We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast. While we have in-room CDs,
there are no TVs or phones in the rooms. A telephone is available
for your use.
